Clear, consistent action is what prevents small concerns from becoming bigger incidents. In this interactive session, staff will use the “See Something, Say Something, Do Something” framework to practice identifying risks, navigating how and when to speak up, and taking role-appropriate action. The focus will be on the real challenge staff face every day: recognizing what matters in the moment, choosing the right pathway to report or escalate, and knowing what action is expected without hesitation. Participants will leave with a shared language for safety, greater clarity on their responsibilities, and practical ways to apply this approach in daily practice.
