This session supports both Site Leaders and Youth Program Leaders in strengthening Middle School Power Hour through clear structures, aligned expectations, and effective use of CASTLE skills. Participants will unpack the key components of a high-quality Power Hour, clarify desired student outcomes, and explore best practices for creating focused, efficient environments that support assignment completion. Through practical strategies and shared leader moves, staff will build a common approach to leveraging CASTLE skills to promote student independence, engagement, and strong academic habits.
