Relationships are at the heart of the work we do! Like any meaningful relationship, they require effort, reflection, and skill. In this session, we will engage in an interactive learning experience and open dialogue focused on building and sustaining working relationships with our post-secondary members. Together, we will explore strategies for navigating challenges, fostering healthy dynamics, and strengthening trust with the young adults we serve.
